هذا اللقاء نظم في اطار ما تقوم به مؤسسة كاكتوس والتي تعمل على حث النساء على التشبيك والتعاون، التحديث والابتكار، تشجيع روح المبادرة وبناء مصالح جديدة وناجحة.

• The Matrix of Peace (MOP) presentation was based on the following:
• The importance of the role of women in civic engagement, peacemaking and leadership roles. Social or business women entreprenures can lead the change through visionary leadership enhanceing prosperity, community development and service for social good.
• Presentation on PTC technology "Matrix of Peace" that the interdependence of the three spheres of influence; marketplace, laws & structures, and consciousness are necessary for achieving prosperity and sustainable peace.

Felora Derakhshani is an executive leadership consultant and coach, motivational speaker and an entrepreneur. Her values and expertise are grounded in the transformative powers of self-knowledge, empowerment and personal leadership.
She is the founder and principal at Form & Essence Leadership Consulting. She has many years of experience in entrepreneurial start-ups as well as founder and executive director of a non-profit women empowerment organization, ACT Women.
She was educated as an Electro-Mechanical Engineer and has worked in the engineering field for over 16 years as an engineering manager in the nuclear instrumentation industry.

She currently serves as the chair of the board of directors of PTC (Peace Through Commerce) as well as the chair of the board of United Nation Association, Austin Chapter. In 2010 She served as the chair of the board of directors of iACT (Interfaith Action Central Texas). In 2012, she won a humanitarian award for her global philanthropic work.


Eileen Mc Phillips Portner is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, executive coach and author and Director of Accelerating Women Entrepreneurs. She has served as Clinical Director at several major Psych Hospitals. Dealing with the very mentally ill, their courage, their challenges and their successes has been an inspirational experience that has informed Eileen's view of the possible in the world. Eileen is the founder and principal at EMP Psychotherapy, Counseling and Coaching. Her consulting experiences coaching business focusing on executive coaching, change management, communication, strategic planning and interpersonal integrity. One of her most satisfying professional pursuits was teaching a graduate level counseling psychology course dealing with the intricacies of the human mind, leadership and ethics to members of the famed Screaming Eagles at Fort Campbell Kentucky. While on sabbatical to London, U.K. Eileen authored a book on Panic Disorder. This book was designed to be instructive to a patient population who had been largely misunderstood by the medical community at that time. Eileen participated in a national radio book promotional tour. Eileen travels the world extensively honing her abilities to appreciate the magnificence and challenges of our various cultural identities. An outgrowth of this is a special interest in the area of the Middle East and the challenges facing the various peoples, religions, tribes and countries
